Andrew Millar | Founder and Managing Partner
Andy has spent 25 years at the intersection between science and industry. With a MSc in Physiology, and 15 years of biotech sales and marketing experience, he acts as a trustworthy advocate for the life sciences business.
In 2017, Andy created Iris Scientific to connect science with industry by joining the scientific instrumentation leaders with its top performers in sales & marketing.

Jason Winston | Managing Partner
Jason Winston is a recruiter with 20-years experience in strategic marketing, product management and the data sciences. He has worked as a client liaison in the delivery of national marketing programs spanning many industry verticals, including the Life Sciences and Biopharmaceuticals.
